Whether in Nashville for work or play, you will fall in love with this city as many have! Relax & unwind at Nations Haven after a long day of exploring all Music City has to offer! Your Nations Haven is very spacious & accommodating. After you enter your home away from home, straight ahead is the living/kitchen/dining & to the left you will find the first floor bedroom, bathroom & laundry room. The first floor bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with beautiful, custom wall lights & a bench with extra blankets at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or hallway. The laundry room houses a full size washer & dryer. You will enjoy the open concept living room, kitchen, & dining. You will love the soft leather sectional, couch & ottoman. Listen to records on the record player or music of your choice on the Alexa Echo Dot as you cook in the fully stocked chefs kitchen. This is Music City after all! You'll feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove/oven, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot (coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided). Seating for 6 guests at dining table and another 4 guests at the bar. A charcoal grill is provided for your BBQing pleasure (Bring your own charcoal). You will also find in the kitchen hand soap, dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels. After you walk up the stairs, there is a custom book case. To the left are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. The Jack & Jill bathroom is accessible from both of these bedrooms. On the other side is the master suite. You will find a custom closet to keep all of your belongings organized. The master bathroom features a huge shower that you will love! Enjoy a king size bed in the master bedroom. All bedrooms & the kitchen/living room features a smart TV for you to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc & Amazon echo dots. All bathrooms will have shampoo, condition, body wash, hand soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Fresh towels and clean sheets are provided. Please use the makeup bath clothes to remove makeup or anything that will stain & help us maintain crisp white linens. The back patio is magical at night with the string lights. Put on a movie on the projector for the kiddos while you relax from the busy day exploring Nashville! Traveling with your pet? Pets may be allowed at owners discretion based on size. Maximum of 2 pets, unless approved in advance. Please don't let fur baby on the furniture, and always keep fur baby on a leash for their protection!!! Please Note: This is my home. Please treat it as you would your own! If anything gets damaged, please report this immediately so it can be addressed in a timely manner. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Please do not unplug any electrical devices. Please Note: There is a $50 fee (per set) if the linens are damaged, including stains/bodily fluids. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the Nations Haven or close to the exterior doors. Please smoke outside away from any vegetation and properly extinguish/dispose of the cancer sticks appropriately. If tobacco smoke is detected, there will be $250 cleanup fee. Please dispose of charcoal in a plastic bag, then in the garbage. There is a Ring doorbell at the front door, a Ring camera focused on the back of the house, a Ring camera focused on the front of the house, & a Ring flood light in the alley above the garage for your protection. There is also a camera on the garage door keypad, accessible from the alley.

House Rules

We hope you treat the Nations Haven and neighborhood as if it were your own by following the rules set forth below. Thank you for your cooperation! Please be courteous to our neighbors and respectful of quiet hours, we ask that guests quiet down between the hours of 10pm and 6am. *If a noise complaint is received or police are called - guests are subject to $500 fee. We do NOT allow parties!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the Nations Haven or close to any entrance to the Nations Haven. Please smoke outside away from any vegetation and properly extinguish/dispose of the cancer sticks appropriately. You are more than welcome to grab an empty wine bottle in the rack to use as your ashtray & Butt Bottle. Please do Not leave butts on the ground! If you smoke up the Nations Haven, you will unfortunately incur a $500 cleanup fee. NO open flames/fire outside of the charcoal grill. Please keep a watchful eye when using the charcoal grill (supplies not provided). After use: let grill cool, dispose of charcoal/ashes in provided metal pail, and cover. *A fee of $25 may be applied for any food left behind on grill, or for excessive cleaning of grill. Do NOT move any garbage container into the back yard & leave it there! The regular garbage container and the recycle container are to stay in the Alley! This is where it is picked up. Please place all of your trash in a garbage bag and place in the garbage container in the alley behind the garage. The regular garage container is brown and picked up every Wednesday. The recycle container is green and picked up the 1st Wednesday of every month. Items that may be recycled include: Paper & cartons Cardboard Food & drink cans Plastic bottles, jars & jugs Please refrain from unplugging any TV wires/cords. If you move or unplug Alexa, please return/plug her back in before your departure. She likes her home! Please refrain from eating or drinking in beds. Any staining of bedding, linens, or towels from food, makeup, or beverages etc. would go against your security deposit or a request will be made via the booking site for damages. Please be sure to place any guest provided amenity items back in their original location in the Nations Haven and keep in same or better condition. *If guest provided items are found missing or damaged due to guest negligence, guests will be charged for replacement of items against security deposit or a requested fee. Please be respectful and watchful of all guest behavior. *Please do not leave any bodily fluid behind!!! If any bodily fluid is left behind (Yuck!), this is subject to $100 bodily fluid clean-up fee per item! This includes staining of linens. Please be careful with our floors if moving furniture around and please move furniture back to its original position. Please do not attempt to open or break into any of the locked owner's closets. If you need to use the washer/dryer and items were left inside due to high volume/cleaning schedules, please neatly remove them for your use and place them back inside as found after. Laundry detergent/fabric softener not provided. No loitering outside check-in/out time frames. No drug use inside or outside the Nations Haven. No confetti or glitter please, although it is fun. No outside guests. Ensure total number of guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under booking site Insurance. This is bad for everyone!! No feminine products or other foreign objects in the toilets. Please review and complete all check-out procedures listed in this book. *We hate having fees and a lengthy amount of rules as we feel they do not reflect our warm hospitality, but we want guests to know the severity of these items and to respect the Nations Haven to the fullest. Most of these rules, are a result of past experience. We hope you understand!

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house & garage, excluding a couple of closets. You will receive a door code with your check in instructions. There is a keypad on all exterior doors. There is 1 garage door remote is hanging at the back door.

Kim was easy to communicate with through the whole process of booking! The Nations Haven was practically around the corner from family that we were visiting! There were six of us and plenty of room inside the house as well as the seating areas outside! Would definitely book again!

Kim was a fantastic host, and the house was great! We really enjoyed walking to local restaurants and meeting some of the neighbors, who were all super nice! Kim went out of her way to accommodate us, which we really appreciated because we were displaced due to the ice storm. It was a great stay, and we highly recommend Kim’s property!!

We had an excellent stay while we were displaced because of the winter storm. Kim was very responsive and helpful. The house has plenty of space and was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and great and walkable with lots of fun places. High recommend staying with Kim.

Find us

You will have Street parking in front of the house & 2 car garage accessible from the alley. I highly recommend using Lyft or Uber if going downtown. Please check the rates. Rates can vary depending on what’s going on. Parking can be difficult in most of Nashville & expensive, so it is much easier just to take a short ride, trust me!
